agréée et reconnue d'utilité publique par arrêté ministériel du 20.11.1978 par le Département ministériel des Sports. Les moniteurs et arbitres sont certifiés par l'ENEPS. Membre du Comité Olympique et Sportif Luxembourgeois FLAM is the federation of martial arts exclusivley recognized and backed by the Luxembourg Government (Ministry of Sports, "Département ministériel des Sports") and the National Olympic Committee (COSL). The instructors and referees are trained and certified by the ENEPS ("Ecole Nationale de l'Education Physique et des Sports"). It regroups about 3’402 individuals practicing different martial arts in 45 clubs and dojos. FLAM/Taekwondo is recognized by the Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters), is a member of the W.T.F. (World Taekwondo Federation) ![]() and the E.T.U. (European Taekwondo Union). FLAM was founded in 1952. The first taekwondo club joined the federation in 1981.
